Wake Up Call - A warm up class, sure to prepare you ready for the demands of the day.

Total Body - Redefine the shape of your body by developing muscle tone and strength.

Circuit - An exercise circuit set up to give you a complete workout.

Boot Camp - An intense combination of cardio activites and muscle toning exercises.

Basic Stretch - Release tension and stretch all the major muscle groups of the body.

Core Dynamics - Sculpt and strengthen the muscles of the torso.

Box and Sculpt - A combination of boxing and muscle toning.
