This promotion, sponsored by Turning Stone Resort Casino, LLC, 5218 Patrick Road, Verona, NY 13478. Preliminary rounds will take place each Sunday in Turning Stone Resort & Casino’s Leopard Lounge at 3pm beginning on Sunday, July 20th and ending on Sunday, August 24th.
Entry into a preliminary round may be purchased at the Box Office for a $5 entry fee. All registered participants will receive a packet with all necessary information upon registering.
This contest is limited to single contestant singing acts with a maximum time limit of 5 minutes per act.
Participants may provide their own backup music track or select from a list of music provided by Turning Stone Resort Casino, LLC.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this promotion. Participants will be required to sign a Statement of Eligibility and Release of Liability.
Auditions will be limited to a maximum number of 25 participants per preliminary round.
The submission of the registration form does not mean an automatic entry into the final round of this promotion.
Persons who entertain are allowed to compete as long as it is part-time income and that person does not belong to any professional organization connected with the entertainment industry that would cause any conflict with said person taking part in a public talent event.
Participants should arrive at 2pm the day of preliminary round registered for to allow for any sound requirements.
Participants will be required to provide entry ticket and contact information prior to performing on day of preliminary round.
Participants MAY NOT utilize live props. This will include back-up singers, dancers or animals. Costumes and accessories are permitted. Musical instruments MAY NOT be used as props or for accompaniment to the contestants' performance. The non-use of live props will include the passing of flowers or other items to anyone, touching hands of an audience member or any other similar act.
Participants are not allowed to leave the stage or stage area during their performance. This includes singing or performing within the audience.
Song time limit is 5 minutes. Songs going over the 5 minute time limit will be cut off.
Judges will be instructed to not to deduct points due to a song being cut off.
Participants may sing the same song as another contestant.
Songs containing vulgar or explicit sexual lyrics will not be allowed. Participants who, during their performance, use vulgar lyrics or perform in an obscene manner will be disqualified from the competition.

A participant may enter as more then one preliminary round in an attempt to qualify for the final round of this contest. Once a participant has qualified for the final round, that participant MAY NOT enter another preliminary round. Participants may qualify for the final round once.
The order in which each participant competes shall be determined by random selection.
Participants will be scored on: Vocal Ability, Stage Presence, and Appearance.
